Pristine Clean is a local business with over 20 years of cleaning experience between founders Anya Royal and Jodie Burton. We specialise in holiday lets and all that entails - cleaning to an exceptional quality making sure people who come to visit our lovely town of Swanage have a perfect stay in their chosen holiday home.
We are fully insured, and also offer a linen service so all of your costs can be kept in one place.
We have experience in all areas of cleaning such as builders cleans, end of tenancy cleans, domestic and commercial cleaning. Whilst all are different we can promise that any job will be completed to our high standards.
As a small business we provide a personal touch, and are readily available to deal with any issues that may arise, and have a ​handyman and other local trades on call.
No job is too big or small and we don't stop at just the cleaning for the day we can offer property management services and help facilitate any local trades with any issues you may encounter. We are only a phone call away to help you with any problems that may arise with you running your holiday let.

Cleaning

All types of cleans including but not limited to - holiday lets, second homes, domestic cleaning, builders cleans, end of tenancy cleans, oven cleaning.

Laundry

We can wash dry and iron your laundry and store it ourselves between cleans, meaning one less thing for you to worry about and keep your costs in one place.

Property Management

If you are thinking of using us for a holiday let we can either be in touch with you or the agency you're using should you be registered with one and we will clean your property the day guests leave ready for the next arrivals and leave welcome packs explaining how to get hold of us should any issues arise - making everything a whole lot easier for you and try and take some of the stress of it away.

 Having been going to Swanage for over 20 years. This was the best and nicest place we have stayed in. Would highly recommend this apartment, the location is second to none. Couldn't fault anything!

 Absolutely loved our stay here in this gorgeous cottage. 2 friends with 3 dogs between us and it had everything that we needed. It's exactly as described, and in fact more divine in reality. We will most definitely be making a return visit. Everything was left beautifully clean & had asked for the smaller room to be made up as a double prior and all was sorted.
